A&P show

 On Friday Room 5 made some decorated cookies and fruit and veg noveltys for the A&P Show. They were really fun to make. It was very fun when we made  the fruit and veg and I loved decorating the cookies. My mum helped me make my fruit and veg novelty. I made a skunk.

Dear Board of Trustees,

I think we should have bring your own device(BYOD) at Nelson Central School. BYOD is when kids bring your own device  to school such as ipads, ipod touches, tablets, laptops to help with learning.

I think we should have BYOD at school because they help people like kids learn more.You can go on the blog and learn your spelling words too.

I think we should have BYOD at NCS because kids can have fun with their device while learning. For example you can have fun on games like making your own movie and things like that.

At school we only have a few old computers so they are not so good. Most of the stuff doesn't work.  So new devices would be helpful.

Camp 2013

My highlight was the water slide.

At camp for the first time I kayaked backwards.

I found the cave intreresting because i thought it was going to be hard but it was easy
